On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(1) of the Ontario Mental Health Foundation Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chap. 0.26,

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Mental Health Foundation, effective the date this Order in Council is made to and including March 31, 2018.
