On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5.1(5) of the Health Insurance Act,

Robert Lane of Cavan

be reappointed as a part-time Physician member of the Physician Payment Review Board effective the date this Order in Council is made to and including July 17, 2022.

Further, Order in Council 1353/2017 is revoked.
