On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 28(1) of the Pay Equity Act,

Roslyn McGilvery of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time deputy presiding officer of the Pay Equity Hearings Tribunal for a fixed term of three years effective August 25, 2017.
