On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Joanne Foot was appointed a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1721/2017 dated August 31. 2017;

Therefore, subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Joanne Foot of Toronto be appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
