On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to an Address of the Assembly dated November 15, 2016, François Boileau be appointed as French Language Services Commissioner, to hold office under the terms and conditions of the French Language Services Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F. 32, commencing on November 15, 2016, for a term of 5 years.
