On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 2 of the Ontario Food Terminal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O. 15, as amended,

Mr. Larry Kieswetter of Waterloo, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Food Terminal Board effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
