On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 4 of the Veterinarians Act,

Donald Mayne of Toronto

is appointed as a part-time public interest representative member of the Council of the College of Veterinarians of Ontario for a term of three years effective from the date of this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to section 4 of the Veterinarians Act, Donald Mayne shall be remunerated at a rate of $160.00 per diem when serving as a part-time member of the Council and shall be reimbursed for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses that he may incur in the performance of his duties in accordance with the levels set out in Management Board of Cabinet directives.
