On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Helen-Nikoleta Burgess was appointed a part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 1865/2017 dated September 20, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, Helen-Nikoleta Burgess of Windsor be appointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
