On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 752/2016 dated May 18, 2016 that appointed 

Fern Sager of Toronto

as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Midwives of Ontario under the Midwifery Act, 1991, be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
