On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 131(2) of the Police Services Act, as amended, Siegfried (Sig) Walter of Toronto be appointed as part-time Chair of the Ontario Police Arbitration Commission for a period of two years, effective from the date this Order in Council is made.
