On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 49(3) and 51(1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act,

William Fayle of Brockville

be appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Health for the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit for a period of three years, effective January 28, 2018 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
