On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 3 of the Ministry of the Attorney General Act,

Irwin Glasberg

be appointed Deputy Attorney General, effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond January 2, 2018;

And that Order in Council O.C. 1082/2017, dated May 19, 2017, be revoked on the effective date of this appointment.
