On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Electricity Act, 1998,

Serge Imbrogno, Public Servant, of Stoney Creek

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Electricity Financial Corporation (OEFC), to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective as of April 16, 2017.
