On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ibi Olabode was appointed as a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective March 27, 2018, by Order in Council O.C. 636/2018;

And whereas Ibi Olabode tendered her resignation effective February 1, 2020;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, Order in Council O.C. 636/2018 be revoked effective February 1, 2020.
