On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas the Office of the Mining and Lands Commissioner is being replaced with the Mining and Lands Tribunal;

therefore, pursuant to subsection 6 (1) of the Ministry of Natural Resources Act, Order in Council O.C. 2485/92 dated August 20,1992 appointing the Mining and Lands Commissioner is revoked, effective April 1, 2018.
