On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(3) of the Financial Services Commission of Ontario Act, 1997,

Paul Fitzgerald Farley, Tottenham, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a period of three years commencing on March 5, 2017.
