On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.1(2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998, Susan Frank, of Toronto, be reappointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as a part-time member of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term of three years, effective the 3rd day of June, 2017 to the 2nd day of June, 2020.
