On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Bruce Alexander of Toronto was reappointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal by Order in Council O.C. 518/2016.

Mr. Alexander submitted his resignation effective March 3, 2017.

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 174(1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 518/2016 is revoked effective March 3, 2017.
