On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jenny Restoule-Mallozzi was appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 706/2017 dated April 5, 2017;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act, Jenny Restoule-Mallozzi of Oakville be appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
