On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 6 of the Insurance Act as continued by section 20 of Regulation 664 (Automobile Insurance) made under the Insurance Act,

Tom Golfetto, Newmarket, Ontario

be reappointed as the Director of Arbitrations for a term of two years commencing on May 4, 2017.
