Order in Council 896/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993, the appointment as a member and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency of John Bergsma by Order-in-Council 864/2016 is hereby revoked, effective April 30, 2018, as Mr. Bergsma has resigned as a Director of the Ontario Clean Water Agency.
