On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 125 of the Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007, and section 291 and Schedule 5 of Ontario Regulation 79/10,

Bertrand Bizier of Sturgeon Falls

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Management for the District of Nipissing West for a period of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
