The reference guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to perform functions in the Child Care Licensing System (CCLS).
CMSMs/DSSABs can perform several functions in the CCLS. They can:
- provide advice to applicants and licensees looking to enrol in the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system
- view current licences, new licence applications, home child care premises locations, licence revision requests, serious occurrences, and licensed complaints
- add notes to serious occurrences and licensed complaints
- generate reports for current licences, new licence applications, serious occurrences, and licensed complaints
