Ministry fees for private career college services
Private career colleges are required to pay fees for various services that the Ministry of Colleges and Universities provides, such as reviewing registration applications and program approvals.

The private career college (PCC) fees are set by the Minister of Colleges and Universities under section 7 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act.
Fees are non-refundable although inspection fees may be eligible for a refund if an inspection has not yet been conducted.

New applications for registration and for a new campus include both an application fee and a facility inspection fee.

Annual renewal fees
Note: The renewal of registration fee below covers one campus and one program each year.
Additional fees apply according to the number of programs and campuses attached to the registration at the time of renewal.

Penalty fees are set at 50% of the renewal cost for a registration of a private career college, associated campuses, and programs if the application is submitted more than six months after the private career college's fiscal year-end.
Note: Late registration renewal fees cover one campus and one program, with charges for additional late programs and campuses associated with the registration.
