We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of Ontario, name,

August 30, 2019 as the day on which the following provisions of the Protecting What Matters Most Act (Budget Measures), 2019, c. 7, come into force:

Schedule 23, s. 1-7 (the Federal Carbon Tax Transparency Act, 2019).
