Overview

Service system managers play a central role in the planning, funding, administration and operation of early years and licensed child care services in Ontario.

You can contact a service system manager to:

  • get information on licensed child care, before and after school programs and early years programs in your community
  • inquire about financial assistance for fees related to licensed child care, children’s recreation programs, before and after school programs and camps
  • find out how children with specials needs in licensed child care settings, children’s recreation programs, before and after school programs and camps are supported

The following is an alphabetical list of the 47 service system managers (Consolidated Municipal Service Managers (CMSMs) and District Social Services Administration Boards (DSSABs)) and the municipalities they serve. Service system managers are designated under the Child Care and Early Years Act, to manage child care services and early years programs and services across the province.
