Particulars of a Restraining Order

S. 49 (2) Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005 (the “Act”)

These particulars are posted following the issuance of a Compliance Order against Stik-Man Logistics 05 Inc. by the Superintendent of Career Colleges pursuant to s. 46 (2) of the Act.

Contraventions

The Superintendent has ordered Peter Mosher to stop:

  1. Concurring in the holding out of the Stik-Man Logistics 05 Inc. (“Business”) as a registered career college contrary to subsection 7 (2) of the Act.
    1. A trailer registered to and listed as owned by the Business includes signage along the long sides that reads “Registered as a Private Career College under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005”. Peter Mosher is the sole director of the Business. Neither Mr. Mosher nor the Business are registered as career colleges under the Act.
  1. Concurring in the Business’ advertising of unapproved vocational programs contrary to subsection 11 (2) of the Act.
    1. A trailer registered and listed as owned by the Business advertises the provision of “AZ Manual” training. Neither the Business nor Mr. Mosher are approved to provide any vocational training.

Required actions

By February 25, 2025, Stik-Man Logistics 05 Inc. is required by the Superintendent to provide written confirmation signed by a person with authority to bind the corporation, together with all available supporting evidence, confirming that they:

  1. Take all steps necessary to come into compliance with the Act and its regulations including the following:
    1. stop holding out the Business as a registered career college
    2. stop the advertising the provision of unapproved vocational programs
  1. Provide to the Superintendent of Career Colleges a written report of compliance, including a description of steps taken by the Business and all documentation necessary to demonstrate that the Business came into compliance with the Act and its regulations.
