On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, as amended, Douglas Browne be appointed as Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario, effective from the date of this Order in Council, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.
