On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council numbered O.C. 1090/2018, Douglas Browne was appointed as Deputy Fire Marshal of Ontario.

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, as amended, O.C. 1090/2018 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
