On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

The data standards made by the Minister responsible for Anti-Racism, under subsection 6(1) of the Anti-Racism Act, 2017, and attached hereto, are approved and established.
