- to submit requests for appointments of conciliation
- to submit requests for interest arbitration and grievance arbitration
- to file collective agreements with the minister

Bargaining parties can file their collective agreements online with the minister. Learn more about the collective bargaining negotiation process between a union and an employer.
Benefits to applying for dispute resolution services online
Register and create a profile
- Visit the Collective Bargaining Ontario website.
- Click on the "Sign In/Register" button.
- On sign in page, click “Create Account”.
- Fill out email address.
- Create a secure password.
- Agree to the terms of service.
- Click "Create Account" to complete the registration.
You will receive a confirmation email. Click on the link in the email to verify your account.
View application status and history
If you register and create a profile online, you will be able to:
- access previously submitted applications
- view progress on current applications
- edit a submitted application
Get your appointment faster
- Option to waive the 5-day objection period for conciliation appointments by applying jointly.
- Ability to request several (up to 100) appointments in one submission.
It will save you time
- Simplified applications forms, with prompts to guide you through the process.
- Your application is pre-screened to ensure you are submitting at the right time.
- Some application fields will be pre-populated if you register and create a profile.
- You can save and return to your application later.
