    Minister’s Orders to designate planning areas - subsection 9(4) under the Far North Act, 2010:

    • Order #FN-01-2011-P: designating the planning area for the Cat Lake/Slate Falls community based land use plan
    • Order #FN-02-2011-P: designating the planning area for the Little Grand Rapids community based land use plan
    • Order #FN-03-2014-P: designating the planning area for the Pauingassi community based land use plan

    To approve mandatory content

    Minister’s Orders to approve the mandatory parts of Community Based Land Use Plans - Subsection 9(14) under the Far North Act, 2010:

    • Order #FN-04-2011-P: approving the mandatory parts of the Cat Lake/Slate Falls community based land use plan
    • Order #FN-05-2011-P: approving the mandatory parts of the Little Grand Rapids community based land use plans
    • Order #FN-06-2014-P: approving the mandatory parts of the Pauingassi community based land use plan
