On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to Schedule “A” of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ontario Trillium Foundation and the Minister of Culture, the following person who was appointed by Order-in-Council numbered O.C. 1085/2013 dated August 7, 2013, is reappointed a member of the Simcoe – York Grant Review Team at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective from the later date of the Order-in-Council or the 7th day of August 2016.
