Overview

In Ontario, when a person is ordered by the court to pay child or spousal support payments, the support order is automatically filed with the Family Responsibility Office (FRO).

FRO helps families get the support they are entitled to by collecting, distributing and enforcing child and spousal support payments.

When support payors stop making support payments for at least six months and they cannot be found, FRO can post pictures and information about the missing payors on this page to find them and help them get back on track with their payments.

We will continue to search for missing support payors through all means possible. When we find missing payors, we will remove them from this page.

FRO’s legislation and regulations combined with consent from a support recipient, enable us to post a picture and information about a missing payor.
