Once you have successfully added your consumption data for the reporting year, you must submit your report to the Ministry of Energy.

At the start of each reporting year, we provide BPS organizations with a unique reporting link via email or memo to submit their reports.

If your organization has not received the annual reporting link shortly after the launch of a reporting season, please contact bpssupport@ontario.ca. 

BPS organizations need to report their energy usage data annually to the Ministry of Energy by July 1 through Portfolio Manager. These organizations must also post their Portfolio Manager report summary on their organization’s website and provide a hard copy of the summary at their organization’s head office.
