Personal information is being collected under the authority of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.16, s. 4.1 (2) to help manage submissions for the Rural Ontario Inspiration Awards. Responses will be reviewed by the Ministry of Rural Affairs.

Responses will help us assess applications and reach out should the nominee be successful in receiving an award. Responses may also be used in a summary report.

We may use personal information, such as an email address, to contact nominees to clarify answers or ask for further information.

Some of the non-identifying information shared may be used by the Ministry of Rural Affairs to measure website analytics, performance and to improve our services.
