If your business does not appear to be eligible for the program, you will be prompted to consider other services and supports.

Please note that the answers to the following questions do not determine whether you will be approved for funding. You will still need to follow the proper application steps and receive official approval.

  • is an incorporated for-profit business (legal entity or limited partnership)
  • is registered to carry out business in Ontario
  • has at least $2 million in annual revenue
  • has at least 10 full-time employees in Ontario

Please note: not-for-profit organizations, associations, charities and start-ups are not eligible.

  • mechanical equipment (machine and mechanical)
  • electrical machinery (electrical equipment, appliances, and components)
  • plastic products (plastics and packaging​)
  • beverages (alcohol: includes beer, wine, cider, spirits, and distilled products)
  • paper products (paper and packaging: includes printing, packaging, and tissue products)
  • other goods (jewelry, precious metals, beauty, personal care, dairy products, textiles, consumer goods, leather and footwear​)
  • furniture
Applicants will be required to submit financial statements.
