Order in Council 1005/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mike Chopowick was appointed as part-time member of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 992/2023 dated July 13, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Mike Chopowick of Pickering be appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
