On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Christine Henderson of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 364/2023 as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists, has resigned from her appointment effective January 31, 2024;

Now therefore, pursuant to clause 7(1)(b) of the Pharmacy Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 364/2023 be revoked.
