On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:\

Pursuant to subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act, Caroline Thibault, Barrister and Solicitor of Ottawa, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective August 13, 2025.
