On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to paragraph 8(1)(3) of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology Act, 2002, Roger Thompson of Pickering be appointed as a member of the board of governors of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
