On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1330/2016 the Lieutenant Governor in Council reappointed Gerry Richer as part-time member of the Fish and Wildlife Heritage Commission for a period not exceeding one year beginning on September 14, 2016;

And whereas he wishes to resign his appointment as member;

pursuant to subsection 2(2) of the Heritage Hunting and Fishing Act, 2002, Order in Council 1330/2016 is revoked effective March 20, 2017.
