On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 174 (1) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997,

Marlene Kesler of Barrie

be appointed as part-time vice-chair of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

Further that Order in Council O.C. 186/2023 dated February 16, 2023 reappointing Marlene Kesler as part-time member, representative of employers, of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
