On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 110 (2) and (3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 Order in Council O.C. 1059/2023 dated July 27, 2023, reappointing Lindsay Lawrence of Toronto as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board be revoked, effective June 30, 2024.

Further, that Order in Council O.C. 1060/2023 dated July 27, 2023, designating Lindsay Lawrence of Toronto as alternate chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board be revoked, effective June 30, 2024.
