On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Katie Awad was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of five years, effective February 8, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 59/2023;

And whereas Katie Awad tendered her resignation effective January 17, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 59/2023 be revoked effective January 17, 2026.
