On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 162 (1) (c) of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 63/2022 dated January 13, 2022, appointing Leslie Lewis of Toronto as part-time member of the board of directors of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board be revoked, effective June 3, 2024.
