On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to section 23(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Matthew Graham of Ottawa

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of five years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.

And Pursuant to section 23(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Matthew Graham of Ottawa

is hereby designated as a part-time Vice-Chair of the Building Code Commission for a fixed term of five years, effective on the date this Order in Council is made.
