Order in Council 1033/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas under O.C. 227/2021 dated March 4, 2021, Bob Taylor-Vaisey was appointed as a director of the board of directors of the Ontario Heritage Trust for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective March 4, 2021;

And whereas Bob Taylor-Vaisey is now to be designated as vice-chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Heritage Trust;

And whereas Mr. Taylor-Vaisey’s designation as vice-chair cannot outlast his appointment as a director;

Now therefore Pursuant to section 5 of the Ontario Heritage Act,

Bob Taylor-Vaisey of Scarborough

be designated as vice-chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Heritage Trust to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding the earlier of March 3, 2024 or the date of the revocation O.C. 227/2021, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
