On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Sarah Sheaves was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective September 22, 2025, by Order in Council O.C. 823/2025;

And whereas Sarah Sheaves tendered her resignation effective March 21, 2026;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 823/2025 be revoked effective March 21, 2026.
