On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 49(2)(c) of the Courts of Justice Act, the Honourable Regional Senior Judge Cecile Simone Jeanne Alice Louise Applegate, a regional senior judge of the Ontario Court of Justice for the Central East Region, be appointed a member of the Ontario Judicial Council until she ceases to hold office as a regional senior judge, effective September 25, 2026.
